Jonathan Ly is an Associate of J. Pollock, Incorporated (J. Pollock). Mr. Ly has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science Degree in Energy and Earth Resources from the University of Texas at Austin.
Since joining J. Pollock in 2018, Mr. Ly has been involved in preparing financial and economic studies of investor-owned, cooperative, and municipal utilities on revenue requirements, cost of service and rate design, tariff review and analysis, integrated resource planning, and certificates of convenience and necessity.
Mr. Ly has worked on projects in various states and testified before state regulatory commissions including Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
